I grew up on a creek in a small town on Virginia’s Eastern Shore. After university, I practiced law in Washington, D.C.,  and then managed a few small businesses. For the last few decades, I have had the joy of accompanying people whom God is inviting to explore new vistas in emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.

My husband and I live in Purcellville, Virginia and Newcastle, Maine. We are blessed and still surprised to have a sea of wonderful children and grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy family and friends, dogs, swimming, photography, and writing.
