When you have a day (or a string of days) of living poorly, it makes you thirsty for somebody’s I-love-you-anyway. If you’re not careful, you end up spinning and dancing to try to earn it from the people around you and maybe even from yourself, but that usually just ends up adding another day to the living-poorly roster. Luckily there’s a much easier way to get a fresh start.
